Kevin Dowell - Senior Vice President; Chicago, IL

Kevin Dowell serves as the Senior Vice President of Media Sales for Insight. After graduating with a B.S. in Broadcast Management from Arizona State University in 1984, Kevin started his career as an Account Executive at KESQ-TV in Palm Springs, California. He soon joined the cable industry as an Account Executive in Phoenix with Times Mirror Cable Television. He was promoted to General Sales Manager for Times Mirror's San Diego system and later became the Southern California Regional Director.

Kevin served as the Chairman of the AdLink Advisory Board for two years before he left Southern California in 1993 to become General Sales Manager of Jones Intercable's largest ad sales operation in Chicago. He was instrumental in working with seven cable operators and National Cable Communications to form the nation's first single-point fiber optic cable interconnect. Kevin served as chairman of the Chicago Interconnect Governing Board until AT&T consolidated the market in 1998. Kevin remained with AT&T as Director of Sales for the Interconnect until he joined Insight in 2001.

Kevin serves on the Board of Directors of the Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau (CAB) and is a member of its Executive Committee and Treasurer. He is also a past recipient of the CAB President's Award and an active member of the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM).

Kevin lives in the Chicago area with his wife Annette and their three children.

Lori Davis - Director of Business Operations; Anderson, IN

Lori Davis has been in the cable industry for 19 years. Lori entered the business in 1990 with Colony Interconnects. Lori has held many positions throughout her career, serving as Traffic/Billing Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Business Operations.

While Lori was instrumental in maintaining the operations for numerous markets in the state of Indiana, including the cities of Lafayette, Kokomo, Anderson, Richmond, Columbus, and Bloomington, she currently handles all of the financial aspects of Insight Media's Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky operations.

Lori resides in Anderson, Indiana, with her husband, Jim.

Anna Fenkanyn - Director, Human Resources; Chicago, IL

Anna Fenkanyn graduated with a Business degree from the University of Illinois. Anna has led a long-standing career in the Cable Industry with companies such as Continental Cablevision, MediaOne and AT&T Broadband. At Insight Media, Anna is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources in the three contiguous states of Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. In addition, Anna is a certified AchieveGlobal trainer and manages the sales training programs for Insight Media.

Anna resides in the northwest suburbs of Chicago along with her husband and their daughter.

Kristi Dutler - Promotions Manager; Chicago, IL

Kristi Dutler, Promotions Manager for Insight Media, has nearly 25 years of experience in advertising and media sales. Prior to joining Insight, she served as a media assistant at Leo Burnett USA before moving over to broadcast, where she spent nine years serving in several positions in the ad sales department of a major Chicago radio station, WCLR-FM and WTMX-FM. During her tenure at the station, she was a Clio Award Finalist for commercial copywriting.

Since joining the cable industry in 1996, Kristi Dutler has worked through several organizational consolidations in the Chicago market, including Media One, TCI, AT&T and Comcast. As Promotions Supervisor at Comcast Spotlight, she was able to increase business by using promotions to enhance advertisersÕ presences in the marketplace.

Joining the Insight Media ad sales team in September 2003, Kristi has used her experience, creativity, partner relationships and dedication to build a solid base for future growth in the advertising industry. She has been a key player in developing promotions in the cable industry and has been a valuable liaison to the networks in communicating the needs of local advertisers. During 2007 and 2008, Kristi served as the Chairperson of the Cable Advertising Bureau's (CAB) CAMP Committee, a consortium of cable industry leaders focused on the advancement and development of cable ad sales marketing and promotion initiatives.

Kristi resides in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and has two grown children, a daughter and a son.

Mark Phillips - General Manager; Columbus, OH

Mark Phillips joined the cable industry over 20 years ago after spending many years in theatre and at various print houses. He began his cable career at Coaxial Communications of Central Ohio, and has held a variety of positions in diverse areas, such as graphic design, production, corporate communications and sales management. Mark's creative talents, level head and distinctive eye for detail make him a superb leader in the photo-advertising, long-form, and production operations at Insight Media in Columbus, Ohio.

Mark lives with his wife and two children in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, where he and his family enjoy spending their spare time involved in the arts; each of them has exceptional talent in the areas of music and visual art.
